Nasdaq-listed GD Culture Group (GDC) Limited has signed a stock purchase agreement worth $300 million with a BVI firm. This new agreement will allow the company to issue and sell common shares to the investor in exchange for capital.

The funds will help GD Culture Group pursue a long-term plan involving the purchase and holding of digital assets. GD Culture Group, also known as GDC, has said the main focus will be on acquiring Bitcoin and OFFICIAL TRUMP tokens as reserves.
