Abu Dhabi takes a new step in smart-city innovation. Bold Technologies, a local tech company under Bold Holdings, joins hands with My Aion, an international AI firm.
The two fuse settings set up a $2.5 billion project referred to as AION SENTIA. The smart-city platform, based on sophisticated AI, will enhance the functioning of cities. The company will construct the system through the Build-Operate-Transfer model.
My Aion offers the AI core engine, MAIA. It will support the transport, energy, healthcare, education, and digital service sectors. The aim is to create smart systems that learn, expand, and react according to the needs of the city.
The work has already commenced. The initial launch will occur in the UAE. From there, the platform will then roll out in other major global cities. Abu Dhabi will be the global headquarters. The city was selected due to its solid digital infrastructure, secure data regulations, and encouragement for inventions.
