General Terms
This is the ‘Agreement’ that governs how you may use and access BTCRead (the ‘Site’) and/or any other ‘Service’ we provide through the site. When you visit or use the Site and any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, making it a binding contract between us, regardless of whether or not you are a registered user on our site.
This Agreement applies to users, visitors, and anyone accessing or using the Site and/or Service (‘User(s)’.
Data Protection
We value the safety of your personal information, so we take appropriate measures to protect the Users’ data we collect, store, or use. Therefore, before you agree to this Agreement, read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information when accessing or using our services. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Proprietary Rights
BTCRead and/or its licensors own all the content (apart from the content users submit) published on the Site, including but not limited to photographs, images, animations, graphics, audio, video, and text, and is protected by copyright and other proprietary or intellectual property rights. Therefore, a user has no rights to the Site content or any part thereof.
Copying and/or modifying all or part of the content on the Site, especially for advertising or commercial purposes, requires BTCRead’s permission.
However, creating and amending copies (either printed or saved) of reviews, opinions, or other statements for personal and not commercial use is acceptable as long as references or other legends are not deleted or falsified. Any other amending, copying, publication, or distribution of Site Content without BTCRead’s prior written permission is prohibited.
Protection of trademarks
The ‘BTCRead’ marks and logos are official trademarks. So, using or displaying these trademarks without BTCRead’s permission is prohibited. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted to authorize, whether implicitly, through estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any ‘BTCRead’ marks without explicit permission from BTCRead.
Links to other websites
We include links and references to other websites on the Site and sometimes, at our sole discretion, may remove or add links to other websites. While these links are convenient, you should access these websites at your own risk. You should always review the privacy policy, terms of use, or disclaimers on these websites before accessing them.
BTCRead doesn’t approve, review, endorse, warrant, monitor, or represent such websites. Therefore, we cannot be held accountable for the content, their practices, or your ability or inability to use such websites. Your use of third websites explicitly excludes us from any liability arising from such usage.
Restrictions of liability
BTCRead always ensures that the information on the Site is accurate. However, we cannot explicitly guarantee that the information will be flawless.
Also, we are not responsible for services we offer as agents for third parties or any element of the association between you and the third party. BTCRead is not accountable for any omissions or errors and reserves the right to alter information, description, and specification of any listed Service. Notwithstanding the preceding, it is acknowledged and agreed that we offer the Site and Service on an ‘As Is’ and ‘with all faults’ basis, devoid of any condition or warranty, whether implied or explicit.
BTCRead does not warrant the suitability of any service or product on the Site for any particular purpose. We also do not guarantee that the Service will satisfy your standards, that the content and data collected through the Site and any Service will be current, reliable, or accurate, or that the Service will be available on a secure, uninterrupted, or error-free basis. Although we strive to correct any omissions or errors swiftly after detecting them, you agree and understand you use the Service at your discretion and sole risk.

Modifications to this Agreement and the Service
BTCRead may, at any time, change or remove, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notifying you. You acknowledge that BTCRead shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension, removal, or modification of the Service.
Moreover, BTCRead may alter the terms of this Agreement at any time. However, if we change this agreement’s terms, we may display the amended version on the Site. So, you should frequently visit the Site to check if we have implemented the changes to this Agreement. We will show the date this Agreement was last changed on the top of the change to make it easier for you to identify any changes we make. If you continue using the Service after such modifications, you agree to the updated terms of this agreement. Avoid accessing or using (or continuing to access) the Service if you don’t accept any of these terms.
General Terms
The Agreement, Privacy Policy, and any additional legal notices on the Site shall establish the entire agreement between you and BTCRead regarding using the Site and the Service. Suppose any court of competent jurisdiction declares any provision of this Agreement invalid. In that case, such invalidity doesn’t affect the validity of other provisions in this Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable. A waiver of any term in this Agreement does not mean a continuous waiver of that term or any other term. BTCRead’s failure to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right or provision.
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Regardless of its conflict of laws principles, any conflict arising from this Agreement shall be explicitly and exclusively addressed by the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
Without derogating from the preceding, nothing in this clause shall restrict BTCRead from initiating legal actions against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall initiating proceedings in one or multiple jurisdictions prevent BTCRead from initiating proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether simultaneously or otherwise, to the extent allowed by the law of such other jurisdiction. You may not assign or transfer your obligations or rights in this Agreement to any third party without the written consent of BTCRead.
BTCRead may assign this Agreement in whole or part at its discretion. The English language version of this Agreement shall take precedence if there are any discrepancies in any of the translated versions of this Agreement.
