ARB Price Outlook: $0.1733 Support Holds as Bulls Target $0.23
Crypto analyst Bitcoin Meraklısı notes that Arbitrum is holding above the $0.1733 support level, keeping the possibility of a recovery in focus. According to the analyst, the bullish outlook remains valid as long as ARB maintains this level, which could provide a foundation for a potential upward move.

The next major target sits near $0.23, where ARB could test the neckline of an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern, a technical formation often associated with a potential bullish reversal. Before reaching this level, however, the token must break above a resistance trendline that has rejected price advances four times since its listing.
A breakout above both resistance barriers could strengthen buying momentum and open the way toward higher levels identified on the analyst’s chart. However, a drop below $0.1733 would weaken the bullish setup and could increase downside pressure. This makes the support level an important area for traders watching ARB’s next move.
Arbitrum Tokenized Fund Holdings Climb 103.68% in 90 Days
According to MSB Intel, Arbitrum holds $158.86 million worth of the euro share class of SAFO, a tokenized fund managed by Amundi, one of Europe’s largest asset managers. The reported holdings highlight Arbitrum’s presence in the tokenized investment market as traditional financial products increasingly use blockchain infrastructure.
Arbitrum’s holdings have increased by 103.68% over the past 90 days, marking substantial growth during the period. Although the increase points to a larger reported position in the fund, the available figures alone do not establish whether the change resulted from additional investment, valuation changes, or other factors.
Arbitrum’s reported $158.86 million position is more than double Ethereum’s $64.17 million in the same fund share class, highlighting the difference between their reported holdings. Amundi manages nearly €2.6 trillion in assets, underscoring its significant position in traditional finance as tokenization creates new connections between established investment products and blockchain infrastructure.
