Chainlink (LINK) is gaining fresh momentum as its price retests a key higher-timeframe trendline, keeping its broader bullish structure in focus. Meanwhile, a new partnership with Infosys aims to support institutional onchain finance by connecting traditional financial infrastructure with blockchain-based markets and services.
As of now, according to CoinMarketCap data, Chainlink is trading at $13.96, with an increase of 0.73% over the past 24 hours and an increase of 14.99% over the past week.

Chainlink Price Retests Key Trendline as $100 Roadmap Remains in Focus
According to crypto analyst Crypto Patel, Chainlink is showing renewed strength after reaching the first major target in his broader price roadmap. LINK has gained around 90% from the earlier entry near $7, reaching the $13.69 target. The analyst now sees further upside toward $20, $50, and eventually $100.

LINK is currently retesting a higher-timeframe trendline that broke down around the $12 level in January. Reclaiming and holding above this trendline could signal that the previous breakdown has been reversed and strengthen the bullish structure, with the $20 level becoming the next target.
However, rejection at the trendline could send LINK back toward the $10 area, which Crypto Patel has identified as a potential re-entry zone rather than a confirmed downside target. This makes the current level a key decision point for the next move.
With the first target already reached, LINK’s reaction to the trendline will now determine whether the price moves toward the next upside target or enters another consolidation phase. A sustained breakout could keep the broader roadmap toward $50 and $100 in focus.
Infosys Partners With Chainlink to Expand Onchain Finance
The data from Chainlink further shows that Infosys has entered a strategic partnership with the blockchain infrastructure provider to accelerate institutional adoption of onchain finance. The collaboration combines Infosys’ financial infrastructure expertise with Chainlink’s blockchain technologies.
As part of the partnership, Infosys will support the use of several Chainlink technologies, including the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), Proof of Reserve, Data Streams, and Data Feeds. These tools are designed to support cross-chain connectivity, compliance, data delivery, and verification.
Infosys supports critical banking and payments infrastructure serving more than 1.7 billion customer accounts globally. By standardizing the adoption of Chainlink’s platform, the company aims to help financial institutions connect existing systems with blockchain-based markets and services.
The partnership marks another step toward linking traditional financial infrastructure with onchain markets. Through the combined use of Infosys’ institutional capabilities and Chainlink’s blockchain infrastructure, the companies are working to create a framework that could help major financial institutions participate in onchain finance.
