XRP is gaining fresh bullish momentum after breaking out of its previous bearish structure and moving into a potential new uptrend. Rising whale activity, stronger network participation, and growing XRPL adoption are supporting the positive outlook, while increased institutional access could provide additional momentum for XRP’s broader recovery.

As of now, according to CoinMarketCap data, XRP is trading at $1.49, with a decrease of 5.75% over the past 24 hours and an increase of 15.82% over the past week.

XRP Price Signals New Bull Run With $4.40 Target

According to a prominent crypto analyst, Ed_NL, XRP may have started a new long-term upward cycle after completing five smaller upward legs and an ABC correction. The analyst noted that XRP bounced from the 0.786 Fibonacci level before breaking the bearish structure.

The setup suggests that the corrective phase may have ended, allowing XRP to begin another larger upward move. Ed_NL considers the current structure to be the start of leg three, which could support a sustained recovery if bullish momentum continues.

Based on this wave structure, the analyst has set a minimum target of $4.40 for XRP during the projected cycle. This target represents the expected move under normal market conditions, assuming the broader bullish structure remains intact.

Ed_NL also suggested that XRP could move much faster if buying pressure increases again. Such a scenario could lead to a stronger rally, although the analysis remains dependent on XRP maintaining its newly established bullish market structure.

XRP Price Breaks Higher as Whale Activity and Network Growth Accelerate

The data from Santiment Intelligence further shows that the XRP price moved above $1.60 for the first time since February 4, reflecting renewed strength in the market. The move also coincided with a sharp increase in large transactions, with 1,917 whale transfers worth at least $100,000 recorded during the latest period.

The rise in whale activity points to increased movement among large XRP holders as the token’s price advances. However, whale transactions alone cannot confirm accumulation, as these transfers may represent buying, selling, or repositioning. Network activity also improved, with 3,647 new XRP wallets adding fresh participation.

The broader XRP Ledger ecosystem has also shown stronger activity. Tokenized-asset and RLUSD balances on the network recently reached roughly $4.26 billion, while Ripple has reported about $2.4 billion of RLUSD in circulation. The growth adds to the stablecoin and settlement activity taking place across the ecosystem.

Institutional access is expanding alongside these developments. Bitwise submitted an updated XRP ETF registration to the SEC on September 18, while XRP is already included in several exchange-traded products. If price strength, wallet growth, whale activity, and financial infrastructure continue improving together, the current rally could maintain broader market attention.
