PancakeSwap (CAKE) is showing renewed strength, with its accumulation zone supporting a bullish outlook and a potential breakout ahead. Meanwhile, Acurast has expanded ACU liquidity on PancakeSwap, connecting its decentralized computing network with broader DeFi activity and increasing onchain market access.

As of now, according to CoinMarketCap data, CAKE is trading at the price of $1.67, with an increase of 4.38% in the past 24 hours and a gain of 17.2% over the past week.

CAKE Price Eyes $50 as Accumulation Zone Fuels Bullish Setup

According to prominent crypto commentator Crypto Patel, CAKE has gained around 35% from the $1–$1.25 accumulation zone, keeping the broader bullish setup intact. The analyst now expects the token to remain on traders’ watchlists as the market waits for a potential breakout.

Meanwhile, CAKE is trading within a tight range, caught between long-term resistance on the downside and rising support from its multi-year trend. After losing nearly 96% of its peak value, the $1–$1.25 zone continues to attract buyers. However, a sustained close below $1.12 on the higher timeframe could weaken the current bullish setup.

If buyers manage to push CAKE above the current resistance, the token could advance toward $3.45, $9.77, $25.44, and $50. However, these remain analyst projections rather than guaranteed levels. For now, the setup carries high risk and depends on sustained buying pressure and a confirmed breakout.

Acurast Brings Real-World Compute to Onchain Markets With ACU-USDC Pool

PancakeSwap revealed that Acurast has expanded the onchain availability of its native ACU token through a new ACU-USDC liquidity pool on PancakeSwap’s Base deployment. The pool allows users to provide liquidity to the trading pair while creating another connection between Acurast’s decentralized computing network and the broader DeFi ecosystem.

The development comes as Acurast continues building a decentralized compute infrastructure powered by more than 286,000 real smartphones. Instead of relying solely on traditional cloud infrastructure, the network uses mobile devices as distributed computing resources, allowing their unused processing capacity to support blockchain-based applications and services.

With the ACU-USDC pool now available, users can supply liquidity to the market and participate in the token’s onchain ecosystem. The launch also creates another route for ACU liquidity as Acurast works to connect its decentralized computing infrastructure with broader DeFi activity.

What Comes Next for CAKE Price?

CAKE may extend its recovery if buyers break the descending resistance with strong momentum, potentially opening a path toward $3.45. At the same time, deeper activity in Acurast’s ACU-USDC pool could improve market liquidity and encourage broader participation across the DeFi ecosystem.
