Chainlink is approaching a major technical hurdle, with a potential move toward higher levels if resistance gives way. Meanwhile, the Chainlink Reserve significantly expanded its holdings in September, surpassing six million LINK after adding more tokens through fresh purchases.
As of now, according to CoinMarketCap data, Chainlink is trading at $14.29, up 2.10% over the past 24 hours and 19.33% over the past week.

Chainlink Price Eyes $18 as LINK Nears Key $14.50–$14.80 Resistance
According to crypto analyst Trader Symba, LINK is approaching a key resistance zone that could determine its next major price move. The analyst noted that LINK is nearing the level that matters most, while its broader ascending channel remains intact.

Trader Symba identified the $14.50–$14.80 area as the key resistance zone to watch. A successful breakout above this range would signal that LINK has moved beyond the current barrier and could open the door to a stronger upward move.
If LINK breaks and holds above the $14.50–$14.80 resistance, the analyst expects the next major targets at $16.60 and $18.00 to come into focus. The setup remains bullish as long as the ascending channel stays intact, with a breakout above resistance serving as key confirmation for further upside.
