Internet Computer (ICP) is attempting to establish a recovery as buyers defend support and on-chain participation improves. A potential double-bottom pattern points to further upside, while rising active and new addresses suggest renewed network engagement. However, buyers must break above key resistance to strengthen the bullish outlook.
As of now, according to CoinMarketCap data, Internet Computer is trading at $2.59, down 5.8% over the past 24 hours and 11.37% over the past week.

ICP Price Eyes $7 Target as Analyst Spots Double Bottom
Crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal has identified a potential double-bottom formation in Internet Computer, with buyers defending the $2.00 support zone. The pattern could signal a bullish reversal if the price gains momentum and breaks above neckline resistance near $4.10.

ICP remains below the key resistance level needed to confirm the formation. A successful breakout above $4.10 could strengthen the bullish outlook and open the way toward the $6.50–$7.00 target zone, based on the analyst’s chart setup.
However, the pattern remains unconfirmed, and buyers must sustain upward momentum to overcome resistance. If ICP fails to attract stronger buying pressure, the anticipated recovery could be delayed. For now, traders are watching the $4.10 neckline for a potential breakout confirmation.
Internet Computer Active Addresses Recover as Adoption Grows
Internet Computer network activity has recovered from its summer lows, with on-chain data showing growth in active and new addresses. However, usage remains below its previous peak, suggesting that the network still faces challenges in sustaining stronger adoption.
The data from Santiment Intelligence shows that median daily active addresses increased by approximately 35%, from 2,838 to 3,860 across the latest compared periods. The median number of new addresses also climbed by 45%, rising from 481 to 710 per day, indicating increased network participation.

Daily activity remained uneven throughout October, with active addresses exceeding 7,400 on October 14 and October 21. However, 16 of the month’s 21 days recorded between 3,100 and 4,300 active addresses, showing that the spikes were not sustained.
Internet Computer still has ground to cover before returning to previous activity levels. The network recorded around 9,500 daily active addresses during its peak week in early November 2025, nearly twice recent weekly figures, making consistent user growth important for long-term recovery.
