Aave is gaining momentum after breaking above a major resistance level, with traders eyeing higher price targets as its long-term structure strengthens. Meanwhile, a proposed Aave V4 deployment on Monad could expand lending activity through risk-tiered markets, with USDC and USDT0 serving as core borrowing assets.
As of now, according to CoinMarketCap data, Aave is trading at $163.98, up 1.47% over the past 24 hours and 16.07% over the past week.
AAVE Targets $208 and $355 After Breaking Above $128 Resistance
According to prominent crypto analyst Crypto Patel, AAVE is maintaining a bullish long-term structure after rebounding from major trendline support. The setup gained further strength as the token moved above key resistance, suggesting buyers continue to support the broader upward trend.
The analyst identified the $57–$67 area as the main accumulation zone, from where AAVE has already climbed roughly 204%. The strong move highlights the strength of the recovery, while the higher-timeframe structure continues to favor further upside as long as key support levels hold.

AAVE has already reached the first major target at $128 and has since broken above the level while holding above it. Crypto Patel now sees $208 and $355 as the next upside targets, with sustained trading above $128 potentially supporting another leg higher.
Over the longer term, the analyst has outlined a $1,000 target for AAVE, reflecting a much larger bullish projection. Reaching that level would require sustained buying pressure and breaks through several resistance areas, making the path dependent on how price reacts around each major target.
Aave V4 Expansion Proposed for Monad
A new governance proposal seeks to deploy Aave V4 on Monad, bringing the latest version of the lending protocol to the network. The proposal outlines a structured launch designed to support lending and borrowing activity across multiple market segments.
The proposed deployment would feature three risk-tiered markets, allowing assets and lending activity to be organized according to different risk levels. Such a structure would provide a defined framework for managing market exposure across the planned pools.
Under the proposal, USDC and USDT0 would serve as borrowable assets across the new markets. The inclusion of both stablecoins would provide the core borrowing options for users once the proposed Aave V4 deployment goes live on Monad.
