Hedera (HBAR) has strengthened its recovery as buyers defend a key support zone. The current correction appears constructive, keeping the bullish setup intact as long as support continues to hold. Meanwhile, fresh ETF inflows highlight steady institutional interest, which could provide additional buying pressure and strengthen HBAR’s outlook.

As of now, according to CoinMarketCap data, HBAR is trading at $0.07968, with an increase of 7.78% in the past 24 hours and up 1.5% over the past week.

HBAR Could Target $0.12 if Bullish Support Structure Holds

According to a prominent crypto analyst, Hov, HBAR is showing signs of recovery after holding a previously identified low. The analyst sees the latest price action as a potentially strong impulse from that bottom, suggesting buyers may be starting to regain control.

On the near-term chart, Hov is tracking the recent decline as a three-wave correction. This structure is viewed as favorable for the bullish outlook, as it could indicate that the pullback is corrective rather than the beginning of another extended decline.

The analyst is closely watching a marked micro-level support zone, which he wants HBAR to hold. As long as that level remains intact, the current setup could stay valid. A break below the recent low, however, would invalidate the bullish idea.

If the recovery continues, Hov expects the $0.12 level to become the next major resistance area. The structure of the move into that zone will be important, as a three- or five-wave formation could help determine HBAR’s next potential trading setup.

HBAR Institutional Interest Strengthens as Canary ETF Records Fresh Inflows

A report from BSCN indicates that institutional interest in Hedera’s HBAR is strengthening, with fresh capital entering Canary Capital’s spot HBAR ETF at the start of the week. The fund recorded around $399,000 in net inflows on Monday, adding to its recent positive investor activity.

The ETF has seen relatively limited inflows over the past few months, but its overall flow record remains notable. The fund has recorded just one day of net outflows so far, showing that investor withdrawals have remained limited compared with the number of days recording inflows.

Canary’s spot HBAR ETF also holds a significant amount of the token’s supply. The product currently accounts for around 1.7% of HBAR’s supply, highlighting the growing role of institutional investment products in the asset’s market.

The latest inflow suggests that demand for regulated HBAR exposure remains steady despite the slower pace of capital entering the ETF in recent months. With HBAR holding its key support and the recovery structure remaining intact, if this pattern persists, additional ETF inflows could increase institutional participation and provide further buying pressure for HBAR.
