Hyperliquid (HYPE) is showing signs of a potential bullish recovery as analysts point to improving market conditions and growing institutional interest. Meanwhile, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and trade[XYZ] are planning to expand regulated perpetual futures trading in the US using Hyperliquid’s infrastructure. The initiative could strengthen ties between traditional finance and blockchain-based markets.

HYPE Targets $110–$120 as ICE Plans US Expansion
Crypto analyst Michaël van de Poppe has outlined a bullish outlook for Hyperliquid, identifying a potential move toward the $110–$120 range. He also highlighted a major development involving Intercontinental Exchange, the owner of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), which plans to introduce HYPE perpetual futures to regulated US markets.

The initiative could mark another step toward broader institutional participation in the cryptocurrency market by providing additional exposure to HYPE through regulated financial products. Van de Poppe welcomed the development, suggesting that greater institutional involvement could strengthen the token’s market presence and improve its accessibility to traders.
From a technical perspective, the analyst identified a bullish pattern in HYPE’s recent price action. The token briefly moved below previous lows before reclaiming an earlier support level, suggesting that sellers failed to sustain the downward move. HYPE subsequently recovered toward $85, reinforcing the recovery pattern highlighted by the analyst.
Van de Poppe believes the recovery could support another upward move toward $110–$120. He considers the recent reclaim a positive signal, although reaching the projected targets will depend on sustained buying pressure and continued bullish momentum.
Hyperliquid, ICE and trade[XYZ] Plan Regulated US Perpetual Futures
Hyperliquid is strengthening its connection with traditional finance through a planned initiative involving Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and trade[XYZ]. The companies aim to bring perpetual futures markets to US traders across cryptocurrencies, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, and other real-world assets, subject to regulatory approval.
Under the proposed arrangement, Hyperliquid will provide the underlying blockchain infrastructure through its HIP-3 framework, while trade[XYZ] will handle market design and implementation. ICE will oversee regulated market operations and clearing, bringing its established financial market infrastructure into the initiative.
ICE operates the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and several major exchanges and clearing houses worldwide. Its involvement could help connect blockchain-based trading infrastructure with traditional financial markets, potentially extending perpetual futures access beyond cryptocurrencies to a wider range of asset classes.
The companies also clarified that existing trade[XYZ] HIP-3 markets will continue operating without changes. Hyperliquid will act as a neutral technology provider, while independent deployers will retain control and responsibility for their respective markets under the HIP-3 framework.
