Arbitrum (ARB) is showing signs of a potential short-term recovery as buyers defend a key support zone and attempt to push prices higher. Meanwhile, its perpetual trading ecosystem is gaining traction, with Variational reporting increased activity across cryptocurrency and real-world asset markets. Growing RWA participation points to expanding interest in on-chain derivatives trading.

At the time of writing, according to CoinMarketCap data, ARB is trading at $0.1622, down 5.62% over the past 24 hours and 9.83% over the past week.

ARB Triple Bottom Pattern Puts $0.20 Target in Focus

According to crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal, Arbitrum is forming a potential triple bottom pattern on the one-hour chart near the $0.16 support level. Repeated attempts to hold this zone suggest buyers are stepping in to prevent further declines following the recent downtrend.

The triple bottom formation suggests selling pressure may be weakening as buyers continue to defend the same price area. If support remains intact, ARB could build a foundation for a short-term recovery. However, the pattern still requires confirmation through a breakout above nearby resistance.

The analyst identifies the $0.178–$0.180 range as the key resistance zone to watch. A sustained move above this area could strengthen bullish momentum and open the way toward the psychological $0.20 level. Such a breakout would suggest buyers are gaining greater control over the short-term trend.

On the downside, $0.16 remains the critical support level for the developing formation. A break below this zone would weaken the triple bottom structure and put the bullish outlook at risk. ARB’s next move will depend on whether buyers can defend support and push the price above the identified resistance range.

Variational RWA Trading Volume Reaches $47.37 Billion on Arbitrum

Arbitrum has highlighted growing activity in its perpetual trading ecosystem, reporting that Variational reached an all-time high of $448 billion in cumulative trading volume this month across real-world asset (RWA) and cryptocurrency markets. The milestone points to increasing participation in on-chain derivatives trading.

The chart shared by Arbitrum shows a steady rise in cumulative trading volume from July through October 2026. RWA markets have accounted for a growing share of this activity alongside major cryptocurrencies, suggesting that trading interest is expanding beyond traditional digital assets.

October figures show that Variational recorded approximately $47.37 billion in RWA trading volume, while major cryptocurrencies contributed $24.36 billion and other markets added $3.43 billion. Together, the three categories generated more than $75 billion in monthly trading volume.

The growing contribution from RWA markets points to increasing interest in using on-chain platforms to gain exposure to asset-linked markets through perpetual contracts. This activity also highlights the continued development of Arbitrum’s derivatives ecosystem, where cryptocurrency and traditional asset markets are attracting greater trading participation.
