Stellar (XLM) is showing signs of a potential bullish reversal as selling pressure eases near a key support zone. The price movement suggests that buyers may be attempting to regain control, although further confirmation is needed to establish a stronger recovery.
Meanwhile, Archax has expanded its tokenized government debt offering on the Stellar network with a euro-denominated product. The new offering gives eligible institutions round-the-clock on-chain access to short-term government debt, with automated rollovers designed to simplify the management of these investments.
Stellar Forms Falling Wedge as Bulls Target $0.22
According to crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal, Stellar is forming a falling wedge pattern on the four-hour chart, suggesting that selling pressure may be easing. XLM is holding near the $0.165–$0.170 support zone, where buyers could attempt to regain control and support a potential recovery.

XLM is holding at around $0.1715, while the $0.180–$0.190 range remains a key resistance area. A confirmed breakout above this zone could strengthen the bullish outlook and open the way toward the analyst’s $0.220 target.
However, the $0.165 support level remains crucial to the setup. Holding above this level could keep the recovery scenario intact, while a break below support could weaken the bullish outlook. Buyers would still need to push the price above resistance to provide stronger confirmation of an upward move.
Archax Introduces €GOVY on Stellar for Institutional Investors
The data from Stellar further shows that Archax has launched €GOVY, a euro-denominated version of its perpetual tokenized government bill product on the Stellar network. The product was announced at the Stellar Development Foundation’s Meridian 2026 conference in Lisbon, expanding Archax’s tokenized government debt offering into the euro market.
€GOVY is designed to provide eligible institutions, including asset managers and corporate treasurers, with round-the-clock on-chain exposure to short-term euro-area government debt. By making this exposure available through a digital asset, the product aims to offer greater flexibility beyond traditional market hours.
The product also features an automatic rollover mechanism that shifts exposure into new government bills as existing holdings mature. This allows eligible holders to maintain their exposure without manually redeeming tokens and reinvesting at each maturity, potentially simplifying treasury management.
€GOVY joins Archax’s dollar-denominated $GOVY and pound-denominated £GOVY products, extending its offering across three major currencies. Its longer-term uptake will depend on institutional demand and the practical benefits tokenized government debt offers to investors managing assets on-chain.
